Before Break and after

 I love that my students are always trying new things.

Headed right into spring break, we are so excited!!!

 Back from spring break and we dive into learning the clock.

 I love when we start the clock because now time being measured is important to them. It's 12:00 noon!!! is a popular statement right now. What time is it? is a question being asked all day. They are aware of lunchtime and time to go home and of course what time my cell phone says. They think it's so amazing that the round clock on the wall says exactly what my phone says. It's soooo cool!!

 Luis and Asiah made a staircase in their castle. It took a lot of thought and cooperation.

They are so proud! And their teacher is so excited!

A Little bit of everything!!

 We didn't have some of Dr.Seuss's books so we had read-alouds on our Promethean.

 We read Green Eggs and Ham and then we ate some. They loved it!

 We ate it all!!!

 We added with red fish and blue fish.

 We made Oobleck from Bartholomew and the Oobleck, what a mess!!!
