We made our class books today and practiced reading them. They should be at home by now so please read them with your child and enjoy!

 Mrs. Simmons helped us today, she loves it when kids read. She's our reading coach!!

Hispanic Heritage Friday

Our class traveled to Spain, Cuba, Puerto Rico, Argentina, Venezuela and Mexico and we didn't even leave our school. We made our passports first thing in the morning and then set off on our travels. Join us on our journey.

Go Away Big Green Monster Week

 Natalia's mom is simply awesome!! She made green monster pancakes with Natalia. I told you I had great parents. Good job mom!!

 We webbed monsters and talked about being brave. We also talked about laughing at monsters, they lose their scary powers that way.

 We made up a monster story. We discussed story elements; beginning, middle and end.
