Today was our Christmas Show. The second graders got to perform for us. They were wonderful. It's so beautiful to watch my former students grow up at our school. We enjoyed watching, singing along and probably thinking about the future and dreaming of their turn on the stage as a second grader.
Ethan's brother, Kevin, was one of the MC's. Along with Natalie, they did a great job welcoming everyone in English and Spanish.
We started talking about winter today. Great picture of a sandy snowman. We learned the science part of snow and that it doesn't snow in Miami.
Math was good today. We have learned about 2-dimensional shapes and enjoyed making our own designs.
